SHIPPING POLICY
Items are typically shipped out 2-5 business days after receiving the order. If it has been past 5 business days and you have not received a tracking number, please contact us at info@shopscentimental.com.
For U.S. orders, items are shipped using USPS priority mail. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order.
We currently only offer shipping to the U.S. and Canada.
Return & Exchange Policy
As a small business, we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on items. Refunds will only be given for damaged products, orders that are fraudulent, or have a high risk of being fraudulent. Please e-mail us at if you feel you are still eligible for a refund and your reasoning is not listed here.
You have up to 7 days after delivery date to request a refund.
